Wat is ons beleid rondom het Coronavirus? Als team hebben wij contact met elkaar over de extra te nemen maatregelen. Zo houden onze trainers min. 1,5 meter afstand tot de klant en wordt er geen tot minimaal gebruik gemaakt van materialen. Er kan namelijk prima getraind worden met eigen lichaamsgewicht. Willen klanten toch blijven trainen met bijvoorbeeld dumbells, kettlebells of elastieken, dan gebruiken ze hiervoor hun eigen materialen. Of anders die van de trainer, maar deze worden na iedere training zorgvuldig gereinigd en gedesinfecteerd. - De Personal training vindt zoveel mogelijk in de buitenlucht plaats.
- Tijdens de training wordt zo min mogelijk gebruik gemaakt van materialen en anders worden deze zorgvuldig gereinigd en gedesinfecteerd na iedere training.
- Trainers wassen zorgvuldig hun handen v\u00f3\u00f3r en na de training en maken hiernaast zn. gebruik van plastic handschoentjes en handendesinfectans.
- Hebben trainers of klanten gezondheidsklachten? Dan gaat de training niet door.
- De metingen op de Tanita weegschaal stellen wij uit naar een later moment.
- Iedere trainer houdt het nieuws nauwlettend in de gaten en volgt de te nemen maatregelen op.<\/p>
